Over 60 nominations. Damn. When the AVN list dropped, Evil Angel basically owned it. We’re talking the heavyweight champ of gonzo and hardcore showing everyone else how it’s done heading into the 2026 awards.
Sixteen directors getting love? That’s not just a good year – that’s domination. Studio president Alexandra Kelley nailed it when she said she’s been working with the most talented crew in the biz for 17 years. Hard to argue when the noms roll in like this.
Evil Angel’s Massive Haul for the 2026 AVN Awards
Let’s break it down, because the sheer volume here is wild.
Directing Portfolio Wins Across the Board
AVN handed out those prestigious Directing Portfolio nods to eleven Evil creators. Heavy hitters like Jonni Darkko, Pat Myne, Vince Karter, LeWood (Francesca Le and Mark Wood), and Maestro Claudio scored in Non-Narrative. On the international side, Angelo Godshack, Proxy Paige, and the legend Rocco Siffredi grabbed nods.
Joey Silvera and JD took Niche/Specialty, while Cherry Kiss landed the Varied Range category. That’s breadth and depth – from trans classics to outright filthy extremes.
Standout Star Showcases and Scene Noms
Four titles fighting for Best Star Showcase: Rocco’s “Rebel Meets Rebel” with Rebel Rhyder going absolutely feral, SecretCrush’s “Secret Anal Goddess” for Scarlet Chase, and two Darkko masterpieces – “Natasha Nice: Busty Bombshell” and the stunning “Mon Amour” starring Chloe Amour.
“Mon Amour” cleaned up elsewhere too – Best Art Direction, Editing, Music, Solo Tease, and that intense DAP threesome with Richard Mann and Rob Piper up for Best DP Scene. Darkko himself racked up 18 total noms, including multiple blowbangs, oral series, anal, DP fixation, and gangbangs. The man’s on fire.
- Jennifer White, Arabelle Raphael, and Kylie Rocket in blowbang categories
- “Sperm Diet 3” and “Throat Fucks 9” for oral supremacy
- Valerica Steele’s DVP and Summer Vixen’s airtight gangbang getting attention
Trans Powerhouse Aubrey Kate Steps Behind the Camera
Aubrey Kate’s already a fan favorite on screen, but her directing debut? “Transtoinette” scored six noms, including Best Trans Movie, Art Direction, and that wild group scene. Even snagged Clever Title of the Year – love it.
Her follow-up “Aubrey Kate’s Wet N Wild” kept the momentum with more trans category heat. Joey Silvera also got recognition for a sweet one-on-one in “Trans-Active 32.” Evil’s trans lineup stays untouchable.
Rocco, Godshack, and the International Crew
Rocco Siffredi picked up seven, including Most Outrageous for Rebel Rhyder’s insane DP/DAP orgy. His gym and rookie titles grabbed international group and boy/girl nods. The man’s still pushing boundaries after all these years.
Angelo Godshack’s rough style earned him Male Performer international nods plus movie recognition for hardcore gangbangs and double pen madness. Proxy Paige’s kinky vision shone through with international and niche nominations.
“I’ve been with Evil Angel for 17 years and have had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented directors in our industry.”
– Alexandra Kelley, Evil Angel President
The Rest of the Heavy Hitters
Pat Myne’s gape and curve appeal titles, LeWood’s MILF heat, Bryan Gozzling’s hookup chaos, Glenn King’s femdom bite – all in the mix. Even Mike Adriano’s oral scene got a look. Cherry Kiss, Mick Blue, and Vince Karter as performers rounded out the performer nods.
Come January 24 in Vegas, AVN Awards night is gonna be an Evil Angel parade. Sixty-plus nominations don’t lie – they’re still setting the bar for raw, creative, boundary-pushing porn. Can’t wait to see who brings home the hardware.
